My Story

In 2011-2012, I studied at the Healing Hands School of Holistic Arts in Escondido, CA. Shortly after, I began working for several chiropractors, spas, and resorts. I have also studied at Balanced Energies Reiki and Shamanism school in Temecula, where I have studied under a shaman.

 

I opened my massage practice in 2015 called MB Massage and Bodywork, located in Solana Beach, CA, while I worked at other massage studios and spas. My work was featured in the SD Voyager, and was awarded Best Reiki Therapist in Solana Beach of 2019 & 2020.

 

I studied with instructors from Hawaii at a local Sacred Lomi® retreat in 2016, which is rooted in the lineage of Kahu Abraham Kawai'i (sometimes referred to as Temple Style Lomi, Hawaiian Temple Bodywork, or Kahuna Bodywork). As a Lomi Lomi specialist and Reiki master, I am grateful to see the world through energy and light. I also practice yoga, tai chi, and meditation, which I incorporate into my body work.

Trained and practiced at the Chopra Center, I am also grateful to share a taste of Ayurveda with abhyanga (frictional massage) and marma point therapy. I was employed by the Chopra Center as a massage therapist in 2019, before they closed at the La Costa Resort in Carlsbad.

In the beginning of 2020, MB Massage and Bodywork closed due to the pandemic. Relocated in Del Mar, CA, I reopened my practice in early 2022, and I am now ready to offer my services in the San Diego area.
