Cupping Therapy
Cupping therapy is a slow relaxing massage using negative pressure by means of suction cups.
In combination with massage, there is a continuous movement of the cups towards the lymph nodes, activating the lynphatic system and leaving little to no marks on the body.
The suction created by the cups draws stagnant toxins, heat, energy, or fluid out of where it was accumulated and brings it out to the body's surface, and can be elimninated through the body's waste removal systems.
Reiki Massage Session
In person, hands-on energy healing incorporated into massage.
It brings a beautiful flow of healing light energy transferred through the hands, which can be directed to specific areas of the body to relieve stress, eliminate physical discomfort, boost the immune system, and accelerate healing.
Reiki balances your chakras, clears thoughts, and brings calmness and peace to your mind.
Ayurvedic and Hawaiian Massage
A beautful blend of Lomi Lomi Hawaiian massage and abhyanga/marma point therapy.
Lomi Lomi uses primarily forearm runs integrating movements that are circles and figure eights.
An Abhyanga is a type of Ayurvedic massage that involves friction-based strokes to promote circulation and eases tension while relaxing the mind and body.
Marma therapy involves light, circular touch at vital life energy points on your body to stimulate prana or life force.
